In-store purchases with a receipt

Changed your mind? Simply return the unused item in its original packaging. Only products that can be sold as new will be accepted for return. No exceptions.

Within 30 days, we will offer a full refund in the same tender as the original purchase.

In-store purchases without a receipt

We will issue you a credit note at a value equal to the item's lowest selling price in the last 90 days. No refunds under any circumstances. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. We reserve the right to refuse any return if original receipt is not provided.

Returning online orders to our store's location

You may return online orders at our store located at 39 Orfus Road, Unit A3, Toronto, Ontario M6A 1L7. Please bring your packing slip with you to act as a receipt. Credit note is the only refund option available for online returns.

Returning online orders by mail

If your package arrives damaged or defective (or you've simply changed your mind), and you are unable to return it to our store, we will arrange to replace it by mail.

Please e-mail us at within 30 days of receipt of product.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Please provide the following:

  • Original invoice number found on your packing slip.
  • Size of the item's box you will be sending
  • IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.

If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused. You can also go to our store to return or exchange your items. Simply bring in the item and the receipt that was sent to you with your purchase.

Exceptions to our return policies

Used or without original packaging
We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Due to health and sanitary reasons, products that can not be refunded are:

  • ​Silverware
  • China which include (plates, bowls, glass-made displays)
  • Drinkware
  • Soup spoons
  • Chopsticks
  • Serving Utensils


For small home and kitchen appliances purchased In-store or ordered online we are able to accept returns on defective appliances within 30 days from the purchase date.

Final Sale items
In-store signage and price tags clearly mark selected items as "Final Sale". In these cases, the prices are so low (often below cost) that we will not accept the merchandise for return.

All seasonal items are FINAL SALE.

Warehouse Sale, Sidewalk Sales & Tent Sales
Items purchased at any of our warehouse or sidewalk sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
We will, however, replace any items that are defective where possible.
